Jacqualine Brooks has been a member of Holy Redeemer MCC since May 2017. She was ordained a Deacon in September 2020 and is an at large member of the Board. Jacqualine is family oriented and has an adult daughter. She is a social worker and primary caregiver for her mother. Jacqualine loves the Lord and her family. Her goal is to welcome souls at HRMCC and allow them to see the love of God.


At Holy Redeemer MCC (HRMCC), Sandra Baldwin serves as a Deacon as well as the Worship Team Coordinator. HRMCC has been her spiritual home for the last 5 years. She lives in Adelphi, MD with her wife, Dayne Heyler. In addition to serving the church, Sandra teaches at Cherokee Lane ES where HRMCC is a food-bank partner.


Dayne Heyler has been a member of Holy Redeemer MCC for almost 20 years. She is a long time choir member, a part of the worship team, and the clerk of the Board.  She is a retired RN. She lives in Adelphi with her wife Sandra, Myrtle the dog, and Spikey, the cockatiel.


Dr. Stanley Barone Jr. is a Senior Science Policy Manager and federal employee of US EPA. Dr. Barone has a PhD in Neuroscience and Master’s degree in Endocrinology. He has been out to family and friends for over 40 years.  Dr. Barone worked and attended college in North Carolina and relocated to Washington, DC in 2004. He went to a Catholic college (Benedictine), Catholic grade school and high school. You could say that he is a recovering Catholic. Dr. Barone joined Holy Redeemer MCC in 2013 and has served on the Board of Directors in several capacities including serving as the board Vice Moderator for the last six years


Geraldine (Gerry) Wright became a member of Holy Redeemer in 2006. She is currently the church’s Lay Delegate and a member of the Board of Directors. Over the years she has been an active participant in the church’s Music Ministry and has served terms as Lay Delegate in the past. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics, followed by a Master of Science in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona. She spent 36 years as a Federal Employee at NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center. Currently she is retired and living happily with her wife.
